Agreement
Engaging with our business for purchases constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy/Refund policies.

Pricing
All prices are in PKR. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice due to market fluctuations in sugar, cocoa, or transport costs.

Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale rates are strictly reserved for registered retailers and bulk buyers. We reserve the right to verify business credentials.

Product Representation
While we strive for accuracy, actual product packaging or colors may vary slightly from digital images due to manufacturer updates.

Limitation of Liability
ANUM Traders is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from delays in delivery or out-of-stock items.

Food Allergy Warning
Customers are responsible for checking ingredient labels for potential allergens. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from product consumption.

Payment Terms
Standard retail orders are Cash on Delivery. Wholesale orders require a 50% deposit and 50% upon delivery or as per the agreed credit term.

Intellectual Property
All brand names, logos, and images used by ANUM Traders are the property of their respective owners or ANUM Traders.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as strikes, roadblocks, or natural disasters in Punjab.

Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business found to be violating our policies or engaging in fraudulent behavior.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Bahawalpur.
