At ANUM Traders, we prioritize the quality and freshness of our confectionery. Our policy for returns and refunds is as follows:
Food Safety Standard
Due to the perishable nature of confectionery, we only accept returns if the product is expired at the time of delivery or significantly damaged.
Inspection Period
Customers must inspect all items immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Unopened Condition
For an exchange to be considered, products must be returned in their original, unopened, and untampered packaging.
Perishable Goods
Items that have been opened or partially consumed are strictly non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
Wholesale Returns
Wholesale/bulk returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee if the return is due to a “change of mind” rather than a product defect.
Proof of Purchase
A valid physical receipt or digital invoice from ANUM Traders is mandatory for all refund or exchange claims.
Sale Items
Items sold during “Clearance Sales” or as “Short-Expiry Deals” are final sales and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return an item to our Bahawalpur hub, unless the error was made by our staff.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa within 7–10 business days.
Administrative Deduction
A 5% processing fee may be deducted from refunds to cover transaction and administrative costs.
